4 Years Later
Marking the anniversary of going on the record about Ramsey Solutions
4 years ago today (January 14), while I was helping teach a group of 2nd graders at our homeschool tutorial, I received a series of texts from a friend.
I don’t remember exactly how I responded, but probably said something like “Wow!” or “Yikes!” What I didn’t say was that I wasn’t surprised because I had played an integral part in that article coming to be.
It’s been 4 years since Bob Smietana published his article “Is Dave Ramsey’s Company the Best Place to Work in America? Say No and You’re Out.” Today I shared a podcast episode reflecting on how that article came to be, and why I went on the record. I also share a portion of a conversation I had with my friend, Heather Fulk, who also chose to go on the record for that article.
